I've been in the taxi industry for over 30 years. I have logged countless miles behind the wheel of taxis, my first 10 years in Los Angeles CA. I have heard the wildest stories involving incidents that had occurred between passengers and taxi drivers. All away from - the taxi drivers having dirty and smelly taxis, drivers not speaking their language, taxi drivers cheating and being rude and act… Then on the flip side, passengers calling for a taxi and before the taxi gets there, they'll flag one down and leave the other driver hanging (Water Hauling). Not having the right currency to pay for their taxi ride and wanting to smoke in non-smoking taxis. I have heard and seen A - Z. Catching the right taxi or securing the right customer can be challenging at times. And that's why I invented the International Taxi Driver Photo Guide Book. My motto is... Know your driver first. The International Taxi Driver Photo Guide Book is a go between database, which allows taxi drivers to place their recent photo and character trait next to that photo.
